You can save a card for automatic billing or manage your payment accounts at any time from the client area.
The saved card will be used to automatically collect future invoices on their due date.
If you remove your only saved payment method, future invoices will not be collected automatically and you will need to pay them manually.
If you pay via PayPal, a recurring subscription is set up with PayPal directly. The subscription collects payment on the invoice due date.
Important: Cancelling a service in the client area does not automatically cancel your PayPal subscription. You must log in to PayPal and cancel the recurring payment separately, otherwise PayPal may continue charging you even after the service is cancelled.
To update your PayPal payment details, log in to PayPal, go to Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments, find TekLan, and update the payment method there.
All card payments are processed through our PCI-compliant payment provider. TekLan does not store your full card number, CVV, or expiry date. Card details are tokenised by the payment processor and only the last four digits are visible in your account for identification.
