You can cancel a service or request a plan change at any time from your client area.
Immediate cancellations terminate the service and delete data straight away. End of term cancellations keep the service running until the current billing period expires.
PayPal subscriptions: If you pay via PayPal subscription, you must also cancel the recurring payment directly inside PayPal. Cancelling through the client area does not automatically stop PayPal from charging you.
On cancellation, all data associated with the service — files, databases, email — is deleted. We do not retain backups after a service is cancelled. Make sure you download any files or database exports you need before requesting cancellation.
To renew a service before its due date, go to Services → Manage and click Renew Now in the Actions section.
To upgrade or downgrade a hosting or VPS plan, open a support ticket in the client area with:
We will confirm the price difference and process the change. Upgrades are usually applied same day. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal to avoid data loss from reduced storage allocation.
Hosting services are non-refundable once provisioned. If you are unsure whether a product suits your needs, start with a monthly plan before committing to a longer term. See the full payment policy for details.
